Policy Details:

  • We recommend for diamond and sapphire jewelry to clean in a lukewarm bowl with gentle soap (like Dawn). Let it sit for a few minutes before taking a soft bristle tooth brush underneath the stone. Line the sink with a towel before rinsing it off under running water. Let air dry.

  • We are unable to do any jewelry repairs, including ring sizing. Most rings are sizable by a jeweler, up or down 2 sizes.

    If you have a questions regarding a repair/ring sizing or where to go, we would be happy to help!

  • We are unable to do any work on watches.

  • We only offer appraisals on item that were purchased with us. If you are looking to get an appraisal on something that was purchased with us awhile ago, please contact us to make sure that we can still appraise it.

  • Yes! We ship USPS Priority Express. It can take 1-3 days to prepare a shipment and once shipped can take 1-3 days for arrival.

  • Yes we do. Please refer to our Return Policy, here.

  • We no longer purchase estate or used jewelry.
